The Community Energy Savers (CES) program is designed to empower residents and businesses to reduce energy usage in their community. By participating in CES, as a community member, you not only save energy and money in your homes and businesses, but you also help your community receive grants from AEP Ohio and Columbia Gas of Ohio that fund energy efficient projects within your community.

The CES program will be operating in the neighborhoods of Linden, Franklinton, Hilltop, Near East, Milo-Grogan, and University District in 2019 and 2020. For information on community goals, timelines, selected community project, and how you can participate, select one of the links below:

Even if you are not located in one of the six neighborhoods listed above, you still may be eligible to participate in AEP Ohio and Columbia Gas energy efficiency programs. The programs are available to all customers with an AEP Ohio electric account or a Columbia Gas of Ohio natural gas account and are available all-year round.
